The Convergence - The Worlds

Infernity - the world of fire and death deep below in the center of the earth.

Sutter - the world below the earth's crust, home to dragons, dwarfs, fauns, faeries, pixies, etc. untolerated by the general terran population.

Terra - the official name given to Earth by the International Cooperative of Terrestrial Beings.

Siderea - the stars. The populations of xenos (alien) creatures that live in the planets of the milky way.

Thalassia - the seas. The populations of creatures that live in the oceans and seas of Earth. The only monarchy that covers such a large area. Ruled by Marean Atlanter Triton IX son of Tiberius Triton VI.

Myst-sci - The Convergence (cont.)

The Battle of New York

The mayor of New York City stood with golden shears and smiled for the photographers, before cutting the red ribbon that surrounded the new, tallest building in the world. The Freedom Tower was magnificent specimen of lighting and glass. Those out in the cruise ships celebrating the festivities applauded the brilliant lighting and the fireworks that followed the ribbon cutting ceremony. The mayor, senators, generals, 9-11 firefighters, 9-11 policemen, and even the president, spoke to a ecstatic crowd. But as the noise levels grew the ground stability decreased. The ground began to shake, but the crowd barely noticed. It wasn't until the screeching of twisting metal and crack of shattering glass over came the noise of the people. Then the happy yells turned to screaming as the new Freedom Tower torqued itself into a distorted alive-like monster. The metal that once formed offices morphed into weapons: swords, guns, and canons. The twisting monstrosity finally came to a stand still and everyone paused to see what it would do. Bad choice.
